Heavenly Ambrosia Smoothie
1. 1/3 Thrid cup of frozen Blueberries
2. 1/3 cup of of frozen Mangos
3. Two tablespoons of Heavenly Strawberry Peanut Butter
4. One tablespoon of of Heavenly Classic Creamy Smooth Peanut Butter
5. Add 3/4 of a small banana
6. Two - three cups of almond, skim, low-fat or whole milk
7. Mix in blender or bullet blender for 1 minute
8. Now add 3 tablespoons of honey
9. Add some crushed ice or ice cubes
10. Mix all together for an additional 30 seconds
11. Enjoy!

1. One cup of frozen fruit (Mixed Fruit)
2.Three tablespoons of Heavenly Strawberry Peanut Butter
3. Two cups of almond, skim, low-fat or whole milk
4. Mix in blender or bullet blender for 30 seconds
5. Now add a half of a banana
6. Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of honey
7. Add some crush ice
8. Blend all together in a mixer or bullet for 30 seconds

3.Two cups of almond, skim, low-fat or whole mild
4. Mix in blender or bullet blender for 30 seconds
5. Now add a half of a banana
6. Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of honey
7. Add some crushed ice or ice cubes
8. Add 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
9. Add a dash of nutmeg
10. Mix all together in a blender or bullet blender for 30 seconds
